It applies to our website (operationbz.com), our leadership assessment quiz, our email newsletter, and any courses, community features, or related services we offer now or in the future.
Information you provide to us directly includes contact information, such as your name and email address, when you sign up for our content or communications; transaction information, such as billing details, when you make a purchase; and profile information you choose to provide if you participate in optional community or membership features. We only collect information relevant to the specific service or feature you’re actively using.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data on our behalf. We select providers that maintain reasonable security standards.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion at any time.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the link in every email; request access to the information we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your information; and withdraw consent for optional data uses, such as a community profile, at any time.
