Operation BZ exists to put what I’ve learned in front of more leaders than a recruiting desk ever could.

We believe that kind of leadership isn’t reserved for the battlefield or the boardroom. It’s a standard — and it’s available to anyone willing to hold themselves to it. We reject the idea that leadership is theory you read about. Leadership is earned through responsibility. Forged through adversity. Proven when the stakes are real.
